Imposter CZ 70? Help Identifying Please

Saw a guy posting this as a CZ 70... I can't get the pictures large enough to see any CZ logos and this doesn't look like a 70... Can anyone tell what this is? And should I be going to pick it up? Thanks, as always!

It certainly does NOT look like a CZ70.  Neither the frame nor the slide are CZ50 / CZ70 models.

That slide stop / take down lever on the left side is really throwing me off.  Someone who knows what it actually is should be coming along shortly.

That is a CREVNA ZASTAVA Yugoslavia CZ M70 .32 ACP pistol.
