CZ 75B 9mm and CZ 75B .40 mag interchange

Came across some MecGar magazines that are from a .40 CZ 95B....will those interchange with my 9mm CZ and MecGar magazines (both ways?..thinking of getting a .40 at some point).  Prefer not to have to make any modifications..thanks

Mecgar .40 cal AFC magazines (with the blue follower) will feed both 9mm and .40.  I'm not sure if the blue follower 9mm magazines will feed .40.

CZ/Mecgar 16 round 9mm magazines with the black follower will only feed 9mm.  CZ/Mecgar 12 round .40 magazines with the black follower will only feed .40 S&W.

CZ 97B .45 ACP magazines will only work with .45 ACP.

CZ Tactical Sport magazines will only work in the Tactical Sport/IPSC Standard.
