New update: I went to the range Monday, and after 30rds, the new bushing roll pin started to walk out. The OEM roll pin is 2mm x 10mm and is not long enough to flare the ends, so I installed a 12mm long roll pin and flared each end after the pin was installed. A 12mm long roll pin overhangs the hole by ~.018 on each side, and that was enough to flare each end. That pin isn't going anywhere ever again...LOL.

Thanks, now I have a good excuse to go back to the range.  However, Monday wasn't wasted since I brought my P-111 G2 as backup, and it ran 220rds flawlessly.
