I have several hints that may help keep your feet warm. I mostly hunt in Georgia and it can get pretty dang cold but I have hunted in Ohio when it was single digit cold too.
Make sure your boots are not too tight. Tight boots will hurt circulation and let your feet get cold, you should be able to freely wiggle your toes with boots and socks on.
Spray or rub an antiperspirant on your feet to stop sweating. Wear a thin pair of wicking socks under a thick wool sock. Don't wear anything cotton.
Buy the full foot chemical heated insoles. I don't have much luck with the toe warmers but the full foot ones will keep my feet warm.
Quality boots that will keep your feet dry in snow and water.
Good Luck!
