Does the magnet come into full contact with the receiver when folded?   Mine doesn't appear to want to go all the way flush unless I force it.  It seems slightly out of alignment.   The mounting plate is all the way down but when folding it looks like the cuts they've made in the stock to allow clearance for the receiver don't exactly line up with the mag well, sling mounting point, etc.  Normal?

You can see the difference between folding it naturally and forcing it flush here:  http://imgur.com/a/yHaQ7

Yes confirmed. I had to widen the cutout slot on my carbine stock for clearance of the mag well. Full magnet contact now.

What exactly did you do to widen it?  Thanks for your reply.

I used a straight flat file stood on its edge to keep the lines straight. I took it nice and slow but it was worth it. Take a look at reply # 174 in this thread to see a pic of my results. The bottom "groove" is what I modified, it looks factory to me.  http://www.czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=75902.165

So according to this article. the Evo has 16 parts and the CZ SBR kit  takes it down to 9 instead of the required 10.
http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2015/07/14/cz-scorpion-evo-3-922r-kit-update/
So if this is correct can I choose the US parts of my choosing and NOT do the disconnector?

My list would be
1) Straight non-folding stock
2) Shooters or HB  trigger
3) Yeti grip
4) US follower
5) US base plate
6) US muzzle attach

(EDIT...answering my own question)
In the comments in that article I believe is the answer.
Actually, I believe the stock is still foreign-made - so they include 6 US-made components in the kit.

With the CZ foreign stock they get down to just the required 10 so the US-made-disconnector is needed.
Conversely if I choose an alternative US stock solution then you can avoid the disconnector swap.
