This might be a little boring as the gun ran flawlessly while I broke her in with 150 rounds. Here are some of the first observations I had:
- The gun (unsurprisingly) shot very similarly to my SP01, just with a bit more felt recoil and heavier stock springs still installed.
- The suppressor height sights were less awkward to adjust to than I had imagined during dry fire. It was actually a lot easier to catch the front sight post if you didn't draw into good sight alignment due to its height.
- I LOVE the new trigger. If replacements/spares ever hit the states my SP01 WILL get one.
- POA was slightly below POI with my 147 gr match loads. POA was roughly at POI with 124gr Federal HST's
- The two factory mags dropped free without issue, my 6 Mecgar mags that I run in my SP01 would not drop free with the rubber grips on. I found some of the wear points and plan on taking a razor blade to them.
- Shot it with both the decocker and safety installed. The difference in trigger pull between the two was negligible with the Omega feeling
slightly mushy.
- With the threaded extended barrel, the front of the gun was a lot cleaner than my SP01 at the end of the range session. The gun is just as long as the SP01 with the barrel as well, which for me kind of defeated the purpose of the size of the gun.

I bought it because the regular black Omega P-01 isnt available yet. With that I'll probably be taking off the suppressor height sights and
possibly doing something sacrilegious and having the barrel cut down and recrowned back to P-01 length.
