CZ 75 compact question
« on: June 23, 2016, 05:29:37 PM »
Just picked up a 75 compact off gun broker. My question is when I field stripped it, the little bar in the sear cage that lifts the firing pin block is flat in top. I've done 3 of the CGW short reset kits, and have 3 additional CZ's and all of them are rounded on top. Is this something new or a badly warn part. The gun looks very good, it does have a little trigger creep that I have not seen in my other guns. Strange

I'll try to get pics. Every one that I have ever rebuilt, that little lifter was kinda rounded in a quarter moon shape on the top that mates with the firing pin blocking piston. This one is flat on top.
