Accuracy report from my new Kadet adapter
« on: July 09, 2002, 05:24:06 PM »
I received my new Kadet kit from J&G today.  It was packed well and came within 7 days of my order.  I could not wait to try it so I did!

Wait, it needed to be fitted.  Got out an Arkansas stone and stoned the rear adjusting pad until it just fit.  The front pad was a tight fit but needed no stoning.

I could not go to the range so I went out in the front yard with Colibri silent .22 ammo.  WOW!

I could repeat a five shot ragged hole time after time from 25 feet.  This beats my Advantage Arms Glock adapter and I thought that was accurate!  Of course it kills my Ciener 1911 adapter even the Platinium version that I have.

My CZ just became a more used pistol due to the ability to use .22's to practice.  I recommend everyone get one as they are really worth the money.

            Regards,

Good to hear of your initial experience.  If you don't mind, post your results with the different ammo that you use.  I bought my 75B Mil with an adapter already fitted by the dealer.  Seemed to be a good fit.  He told me that the most accurate ammo and the cheapest was S&B .22.  It appears to be also very dirty leaving grit and powder everywhere inside the frame.  I found that the Federal "milkcarton" .22s (Walmart) are just fine.  Haven't had any FTF or FTE yet.  The cheaper Remington just wouldn't feed worth a darn.  Good luck.
