No. Different mounting screw positions. One of the grip makers who participates here, Omega8Omega, can give you details, and also supply grips.

Actually, the 97B is somewhat larger than the large-frame EAA guns, through the grip area; the large-framed EAAs feel more like a standard CZ than does the 97B.

I have a set from him and I am not crazy about them. They are ok, but, no where near the quality of Nill grips.
