Will the grips for a CZ 97 B fit the large frame Tanfoglio / Witness pistols?

No.  Different mounting screw positions.   One of the grip makers who participates here, Omega8Omega, can give you details, and also supply grips.

Actually, the 97B is somewhat larger than the large-frame EAA guns, through the grip area;  the large-framed EAAs feel more like a standard CZ than does the 97B.

Sam is a true artist.  His custom handles are the best.  Just look at his website and check out how gorgeous they are!  The birdseye maple set he made for me are top quality and just stunning!

I have a set from him and I am not crazy about them.  They are ok, but, no where near the quality of Nill grips.
