Shout out to HBI and Shooter's Element!

Ordered some upgrades for my Scorp pistol from HBI (right side safety delete, spring kit) and from SE (their flat trigger and extended mag release) and was finally able to hit the range tonight. SE did all the work since I stripped the screw for the safety and didn't want to jack it up anymore.

Totally in love with this setup now. So much fun to shoot, and very accurate up to the 30 feet my poor eyes could see to. I think an extended charging handle will be next.

Again thanks to HBI and SE!

No pics of the targets since the range I went to has some silly no photos on the range rule. But I made many a ragged hole. :)

I have some SE stuff, very nice indeed. HBI, not a one, so I know nothing of them.  The SE extended charging handle is quite nice - have one myself.

I have the HBI spring set and the Shooters Element trigger shoe and it's a great combo. I like the forward set of the SE trigger. Trigger pull is close to butter as I'm willing to pay.

You should definitely get the HB Indudtries spring kit. Really lightens up that trigger, and it's only $8.95.

(Incase HBI reads this thread)  Gee, it sure would be nice to have an exextend polymer charge handle to go with the handguard I paid $150.fd for.... February,  then march , the april , now saying may...

I agree...it's annoying and I have been quite angered myself as of late waiting for this CH...BUT, I would rather them have all the kinks ironed out prior to releasing it.

I think it's safe to assume that some unforeseen circumstance popped up and they would rather not share what it is. I can't blame them for it either...

Just use the factory CH for now and be patient for their PCH...seems like they are gonna be the only game in town as far as a PCH is concerned so...

I've just received the duckbill magazine release from HB Industries.

I ordered it on the 13th, and received it today. That was fast, especially when considering that there was a weekend in between.

It seems to be a great company to do business with.

Nice. As timing for me worked out, SE got more of their extended releases in just as my lower was on its way to them, so I just had it added to my work order. Love it!

Have the SE trigger, HB spring, charging handle, and AK safety. All quality and worth the upgrade. Especially love the AK safety. One finger operation now. Think the shorty version is going on the left side next!
