CZ says 25 in/lbs on the action screws, and 5nm, 44in/lbs, for barrel screws.
The 25 for the action is a max because you'll just crush the wood if you go higher without pillars being installed. Some owners have reported that the CZ spec for the barrel screws will distort the chamber, and use a lower value of 30-35 in/lbs.
