Do I have a New Bolt Handle? Serial Number Check?

Hi... I just bought a CZ 527 off a friend and wonder if I need to buy a New Bolt Handle for scope clearance.  I believe the date stamp says "14".  Is it possible to know by the serial number?  Mine is B90XXXX (the X's are hidden)

 Are the new bolt handles a better option than other custom bolt handles out there?

If is says 527M on the receiver it should have the newer style bolt handle.

I have a 527 in .17 hornet.  They changed the bolt handle sometime in 2013. The target mine was shipped with is dated  July 2013, and the rifle has the new bolt.   I picked up a set of Leupold medium height rings. The scope I'm using is a Leupold FXIII 12x40 and the handle clears the scope - no problems.  My  SN - B29xxxx.

Near as I can tell, they were calling it the "M" long before they introduced the new bolt handle.
