I was wondering what are the differences between the two as far as feature goes and so forth? etc.

One is safety, the other is decocker.
The safety version comes with regular sights, decocker version comes with Meprolight sights.
Only differences I can think of.
If guns are outlawed.........
 Only outlaws will have guns.

I have the rami because I wanted the safety.
I just am more comfortable having the safety there.
I also wanted night sights, but, had to get those seperate and have them installed.
But, I am very satisfied with this little gun.

As it was, the 2075 B was what was readily available at the time I was looking.  Had there been a BD, I might have gone that way for the standard night sights.  I did consider safety type when purchasing as I expected that I might pair it up at some point with another handgun, add one for the family, etc., and considered that having the same operating system, safety type., etc., as being important for consistency, especially for the other members of the family who don't have as much shooting experience.  I'm more used to the safety as opposed to decocking but either way, there are a number of good possibilities within the CZ family to match it up with either way.

You can get the standard RAMI in 9mm or .40, the BD is only 9mm.

Not on the approved roster.  Not sure all the hoops currently required of manufacturers but I'd guess that CZ USA sells all they can get without the added expense and rigamarole to add a pistol to the roster.  Nor am I sure what the micro-stamping requirements now do when an item comes up to stay or go onto the roster.    I heard from an LGS that the 97 B is going off after this year and CZ is already dealing with a CA specific version - wood grips and plain versus fiber optic front sight and aluminum grips.  So while it's not impossible to get off roster handguns in Ca., it isn't necessarily easy, either.

Got the safety version but my LGS also ordered me a BD. I want the BD because I like decocker model guns.

When I bought my Rami about three years back, the safety version was the only one available so that's what I bought.  I would have preferred the decocker version but could not get it then.  The Rami became my daily carry and now I don't think I'd trade it for one with the decocker.  My Rami came with adjustable target type sights.  I'm not really sure why that's needed on such a short barreled pistol, but they work well none the less.
