I don't know where the 2.8 came from but looks like dangerous territory to me.

2.8gr is a light load with BE and a 147.  If it even makes minor power factor, it won't be by much of a margin.

I see that. Quite a departure from Bullseye in Alliants page for lighter bullets. I'm sure Lyman has the proper testing equipment to however.

did the research and older Lyman manuals do list 147gr bullet with 2.7 grs bulls eye, last 200 rds have been perfect, the 115 gr extremes fire but failed to eject need to up the grain on them
