922r stock kits
« on: March 24, 2017, 02:51:32 PM »
Has anyone seen any 805 stock kits available in months? Last I saw them on the CZ USA shop was maybe last August. I know CZ produces in batches but it's a bit ridiculous. I've had my form 1 since September with no stock. I'm not sure what is going on with the CZ web store, they don't reply to emails and it took 3 months to receive an in-stock part ordered in December.

I have one, but I'll say that I later bought an ACR stock adapter and like that stock much better on my SBR. The only negative is that the original pistol sights are now too low to be usable. Bonus points for counting as 1 US part.

I've been looking into the ACR stock option, the originals from Mississippi Auto Arms seemed spotty, but I guess the kinks have been worked out. The ACR stock does look much better than CZ's and price with stock is similar. I was looking into Troy sights as well anyway, I think they're what are on the rifles and look great, never been a fan of the pistol irons.

I hadn't heard about issues with the Mississippi Auto Arms adapter. I presume I got mine from batch 2 or 3 (no idea how many batches have been made, but I know they had sold out of one before I even knew they existed). Mine is fine. I also have the other one made in one small batch. It's OK. I had heard about fit issues some folks had and comparing the 2 adapters side-by-side I prefer the Mississippi Auto Arms version for length (it's shorter). That and being a direct fit.
