Best complete disassembly for PCR/P01?

Looking to do the full polish and CGW install and would like a good guide to take it apart and get it back together. What have you guys used with success?

   Also videos from Tdogg on his rami BD., tear down is same as P01/Pcr.
   Others will chime in, and will probably have all the links.
