I went to the range the other day and after about 10-15 shots I would pull the trigger of my Cajunized SP-01 only to have the hammer not fall. Released the trigger and pulled a second time and it fired. This got progressively worse until eventually it was just a dead trigger. I called CGW to find out how to send it back to get it up and running. I was "Bummed" because I knew it would be down for two to three weeks. I spoke with David and explained what it was or wasn't doing. He knew right away what caused it and gave me a step by step account of how to fix it. I followed his instructions and it was back up and running inside of 5 minutes. CGW could've easily said send it in and made some money. But no, David took the time to let me remedy the problem. Kudos to all who work there and the excellent customer service I have always received. In this day and age it's so hard to find a business the truly cares about customer service. Great company!!!

One of the LGS won't work on CZ's "because the pins are hard to remove".   He's never gotten ANY work from me.  Since CGW and CZC have done so much design work and parts production, I'll pay the cost of shipping knowing the superb work that will be done.

It's worth the wait, I mean ... 10 weeks and still waiting for my SP-01 and my 97B to come back home.
