CZ sp01 n 75b cajuns parts help

New to CZ n new to pistol, only been shooting rifle for hunting. I bought CZ75b n Sp01 n want to upgrade both pistols. I would like  shorter reset, lighter trigger pull which Cajun package should I get? It is is easy to do it by yourself or send it in? Also I will want to polish all the parts nessary, what do you guy use to polish? Thank you in advance
