The FDE is nice. The funky light sometimes makes it look darker in the photos but it is FDE.
Being a left handed shooter I appreciate the truly ambi controls of the P10c. The P10c is everything I wanted the VP9 to be. The VP9 is excellent, dont get me wrong. I was constantly depressing the slide stop with my thumb and it would often not lock open on the last round. The ergo's of the VP9 are probably the best out of any polymer pistol I have ever owned/handled. The P10c is a close second.
The G19 never fit my hand correctly. The G17 I own fits me very well probably due to the slightly longer grip and the size/shape of my hand. The length from the backstrap to the trigger on the P10c is great and it allows for a very good and high grip on the pistol.
The polymer on the P10c is very stiff. I can barely get the maq well to flex under pressure.
There are no machining marks on the P10c as your would expect from Cz.
If was truly going to nit pick the P10c I would have to say I wish the rear site had serrations to help keep the glare down. Second, the magazine release is just a tad hard to depress using my thumb on the right side of the pistol (shooting left handed). I am sure it will break in with use.
I plan on feeding it a variety of 9mm to see what it likes best including some Sellier and Bellot.
FWIW a LGS has around 1300 rounds through their P10c so far and they report no issues other than the longer ogive 9mm rounds from Sellier and Bellot do not play nice with the P10c they have. Not that it didnt feed them or fire them just that they said it fed them oddly or maybe sluggishly. I didnt shoot their pistol so I can't say. Just what they said. I did take their pistol apart and it was dirty of course but it looked brand new after 1300 rounds.
Cheers.
