CZ75 SA Recoil Spring Weight Change when Changing Slides

I have a modified 75B SA running a 12# recoil spring. I installed a TS slide that CZC machined to fit the SA frame. The TS slide weighs 2.5oz more than the SA slide. Should I go up to a 13# recoil spring in the TS slide because of the added slide weight or do you think 2.5oz isnt enough to matter?

I've been wanting to put a CTS-LS Upper on my B-SA Lower for some time, but haven't had the $$$$
