Does anyone else find this forum to be annoying in terms of convenience features?

If I want to post a reply to a topic that already has a Subject, why does my post need a Subject?

Once I am logged in, why do I have to reenter my user name and password for each post?

If I forget to do one of the above why the heck to I have to retype not only the missing information, but the entire post?

I just counted the forums in my favorites folder; I belong to 17 firearms related forums, and this is the only one where I have any problems with posting.  I suppose it is just something to get used to, but it sure seems like a change of software is in order here.

This isn't a problem for me.  Once logged in (which I usually don't need to do thanks to the cookies in Windows) all of the things you described above fill themselves in.  You need to log in through the main login, though, not through a post.  Entering your name and password in a post only gets you through that particular post.

Like he said, make sure that you are not blocking or deleting the cookies left behind by the sight, and that will solve the problem. If you are worried about cookies, get a program that deletes them, but allows a "white list" so that you can keep cookies of your choosing safe. All-in-One Secret Maker is a good free program.
