The Only 97 I could find

This was the hardest gun to find that I ever wanted.  No LGS, no Cabela's, not even a maybe.  I finally found one on line, the first gun (with the exception of C&R's) that I ever had to really search for.  Worth it.  This pistol is out of the box the most accurate .45 I have ever shot.  I still like my Glock 21, but the 97 just feels better.  I put about 100 rounds of Winchester FMJ through it, then Remington Golden Sabre's.  Never a hitch, and if a different bushing make's it more accurate, feel free.  This one doesn't need it.  I shot the best score ever on my yearly LESB qualification with the 97.  Internet rumor has these being discontinued, that would be a shame.

  Glad you're enjoying that CZ97! I've got a Glock 21 also and it's a good poly 45, but a CZ97 is a much better range gun for me. They are hard to find but the internet rumors are wrong. The 97B and 97BD are still catalogued. Only the blued version is discontinued / limited production.
