I can recommend the MBT (meticulously built trigger) from LaRue. It's a really nice two stage trigger that can be had on sale just about every holiday for 99 bucks.

I am very happy with my Ruger 452 triggers in my 5.45x39 and 7.62x39 ARs.  With the enhanced firing pins they hit hard enough to reliably fire Russian surplus spam can ammo.  None of my drop-in 5.56 triggers will do the job reliably.  They work fine on the .223/5.56 ARs though.
