TSO mag and slide stop issue

Hi!

I have just begun to shoot with a TSO .40
It has an issue that sometimes after shooting the last round the magazine gets stuck.
I have located the problem to be the slide stop and the plastic part of the magazine that shoud push the slide stop up. Instead of pushing the slide stop upwards it slips off and jams.
Has anyone else had this issue and how did you fix it?

Yeah, I thought it should be closer to the frame, but it is pushed in as far as it can... There is a little spring lock on the left side in the picture that locks in a notch in the slide stop.

Then that slide stop notch is not too spec.   Try the other side stop that came with the gun.

I don't run the slide locking stop and run the straight pin.   I don't want it locking back ever.  I put a small square of grip tape over the hole visible when running only the pin.

I had that problem with a TS .40.  It involves the tolerances of the slide stop and magazine followers.  I would change both so the follower can?t go past the slide stop and get stuck.
