Glock 21 frame and slide gap ?
« on: November 15, 2017, 04:44:58 PM »
I know glock has loose tolerances and that its normal to have a gap between the slide and frame how ever my glock 21 seems to be more far apart then others I've been seeing online mostly on other glock 21 i see the slide go more into the frame as its closer to the barrel but mine seems to be pretty even gap and i can see most of the guide rod is this normal ?

I think they call that the Glock 'Pig nose'. I'm not sure what, if anything can be done about it but I remember reading about it over on, ahem, Glocktalk'.

Here's some people discussing it: https://www.glockforum.com/threads/pignose-glocks-problem.7252/

They seem to think a heat gun is the answer.

Looks normal to me.
