Awesome ^^^!!!
Only thing missing is the width of the bases and the angles of the actual dovetail cuts, not just the step ups and step downs.
e.g. I'm wondering what CZ rear sights will fit on my Rami in a pinch, since there's pretty limited selection of rear sights for the Rami (the CZ75B will fit, but doesn't go all the way to the back of the slide, wondering if the SP01 or Shadow 2 rear sights might work).
The Low Mount is apparently a Novak cut, which would have to be machined by CZ Custom, but would open up a plethora of available sight options.
ETA: found this in the archives:apparently the standard rear sight dovetail base on the CZ75 is 0.380" x 40 degrees, not including any step-downs or step ups.

The sight dovetails on the 2075 are a combination of Czech .380" by 40 deg
(rear) and std US .330" x 65 deg (front).
