Swapping base pads: P10c SR and P10f
« on: November 10, 2019, 02:41:57 PM »
Good afternoon!

So I recently bought a P10c Suppressor Ready model. It is one of the models with the striker anti rotation but dual side mag release. I'm looking to add a P10f here shortly.

Now the extended mags for the P10c are nice for range, but noticable when carrying.

When I get a F, can I swap the stock F base plates with the C +2, and they work reliably?

Or will the F be under sprung in the magazine for the extended base plate?

And yes I know, buy more mags! But after spending what I have recently om guns the fun money is gone until beginning of next year!

The 15,19, and 21 round mags all use the same 13-coil spring and it's got plenty of tension.  I have my P10F mags extended to 140mm for 22 rounds and they run great with the factory spring.
