CGW Short Reset Question
« on: March 05, 2018, 10:15:12 PM »
Got my complete pro kit for my P07 and put it in tonight. Everything feels pretty good. SA is very crisp.

The reset from the short reset kit doesn't actually seem to be that short. The trigger comes out until ALMOST the point where is sits at rest in single action. I'm wondering if this is just an artifact of the difference from the drop in CGW kit vs my Shadow 2 which has a very short reset - similar to the Sig Sauer SRT.

Is this normal behavior or should I take a video and contact CGW? Not trying to make a mountain of a mole hill, it's all certainly an improvement over stock, I guess I was just expecting more of a change from the short reset kit than I'm seeing.

Appreciate everyone's thoughts!

Did you take a before & after pic or measurements?

So (and I'm about to install a pro kit) that the short reset moves overall travel, not just the reset point in original travel?

Shortens the reset and single action pull.  Takes all of the creep out of the single action pull.  Lightens the single action some and the double action a bunch.  Do this also:
