Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges - Tacitus

Inter arma enim silent leges - Cicero

I wasn't born in America, but I got here as fast as I could.

Thanks Mike, but that explanation lost me after " feed problems"

Can anyone explain it in $1 words that I'm likely to understand? ie. 'The widget sticks on the groming lug because the snargling pin is loose'

Three points...binding between the breechface, the barrel throat, and the underside of the barrel chamber.

I'm not familiar enough with the term to be sure, but from the description above, I envision the round being "almost" chambered when this 3 point jam occures.
