FDE Replacement Trigger Pack for welded screw fiasco
« on: February 25, 2018, 02:18:50 AM »
I got my code and ordered the free replacement trigger pack to replace the world trigger pack with the welded screw that I already took care of. Don?t know what I?ll do with it but CZ is a pretty stand up company for offering it. Of course it?s taken over two years but still....so if you have an FDE Scorpion and requested a replacement trigger pack you should be getting an email.

So, they are not wanting the old trigger pack back?

Nope. You can keep it. And they sent me an email apologizing for the delay and a code for 25% of evo magazines that can be used as many times as desired until december. Or if you wish to opt out they will give you a coupon code for 20% off of your next online order good until December.

Maybe you'll have better luck then I did but with my replacement lower the mags wouldn't drop free. I had originally did some trigger work on Gen 2, realized lower was terrible so I drilled the screw on the original and swapped my Gen 2 trigger into the original Gen 1 housing.

Anyone waiting like me for their trigger pack may want to call them, I signed up early on and when I called they said I was not on the list.

I had to re-sign up

The new trigger pack came in. It reminded me why I replaced everything on the old one. Now I have to decide whether to switch stuff out or leave it stock. The Manticore Mags don?t seem to have enough spring pressure to lock back the bolt hold open but that may be due to new and stiff rather than then mags, they do drop free. However, the CZ OEM 30 rounders lock back the bolt but don?t fall free....go figure.
