I have the Vortex Crossfire II. Honestly, its plenty of optic for a .22
Glass is decent, mil-dot and the adjustments feel good while clicking through them. I made a couple dope charts for the different rounds that I use (some target, some CCI Quiet for squirrels in the back yard) and if I made mil adjustments I know that the gun is zeroed every time.
You can pick one up under $250. I have 0 complaints. No need to spend $500+ if your tight on cash. I was at the time, and I could replace it today with a $500 optic if I wanted too, but shooting out to 200 yards I don't really have a reason to justify a better optic. It does what I need it to and does it well. Whatever you go with, good luck and have fun!
