And is MeatAxe sititting in time out with all those bleeps? :o

I guess that's the beauty of the bleepity bleep feature -- I can curse like a drunken sailor and nobody has call to be offended.

I am concerned about this spate of peening barrels / mis-machined slides that seems to have infected Ramis lately -- only 2 that we know of so far, but that's a lot for CZ -- that is, if the troll formerly known as wnt can be believed.

I suspect that the problem is due to CZ shifting experienced manpower away from the Rami / CZ75 production lines to this misguided P10 Glock clone project. I was afraid of this result when CZ announced it was going full bore on its Glockclone foray.

I know CZ would like to cash in on this Glock fad, but can't CZ just set up a satellite factory in Croatia or Macau or someplace to handle the Glocktard contingent and leave the rest of us alone?

This is very similar to the thread on the BREN forum, people with 1 or 2 posts suddenly popping up to complain about poor manufacture of BREN barrels...Grendel, I like your style. ;)

I must admit -- my initial thoughts were that they both were one and the same, just different user names.

Yeah, I bet it was ol' Paramecium from the sigophant forum suffering from CZ envy, the persnickety, superior tone sounded just  like that whiney old bitch.

I noticed a bit of finish loss in that same area (2017 production RAMI). But I don't necessarily think it's peening... yet. I only have about 300 rounds through mine. I'll keep an eye on it as I go. Hopefully will shoot it some more this weekend.

Wow...OK, CZ customer service just scored an A+ from me.  I sent the pistol in about 5 weeks ago for inspection/repair.  When I sent the pistol in, I just packed the pistol, without case, mags or anything except the pistol itself, very carefully, in a box and shipped it with their a pre-paid FEDEX label they provided.  Yesterday, I just got a notice that the pistol was fixed, but they indicated that a new replacement serial number was being sent.  Well, it was just delivered and it's a brand new pistol, with 2 mags, in a new case  :D  I've gotta say, I really wasn't expecting that.  CZ for the win!  Can't wait to get it to the range again.  So, CZ definitely stands behind their products.

Indeed, it is nice to see a happy ending. Thank you for the follow up OP.

Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)
