Here's the updated P-01 with the 75200 Defensive Carry Package (decocker).  The DA and SA are really transformed, especially the reset on the SA.  I'm loving this.  I also added the CGW flat aluminum grips.  I know some folks swear by the palm swelled rubber grips out of the box, but while different these flat grips really do appear to keep me on target a bit better.  Not sure why that is, but it convinced me to put a set on my CZ-75BD as well.  Last, I put the Dawson Precision front and back fiber optic sights to help these older nearsighted eyes see the target beyond 15 yards.  Entire decocker package took 3 hours to install taking my time, next time I think 1-2hrs more the norm.

The front sight pin hole needed reamed a quick sec with a 5/64" drill bit to help round out the cutout in the sight, which didn't quite align with the hole.  A call from CGW helped me understand that CZ's tolerances on where to drill the hole vary by a few thousandths.  Other than adding a steel guide rod, that was it.

Sweet.  That's the same route I am going with mine except different sights.  Awesome.  Congrats.

I plan on doing similar to my Compact D. Did you polish any of the internals?

LeMarque, I didn't polish any of the internals and based on what I feel with the gun, I'm not sure what improvements would have been felt at this point beyond the improvements to the trigger pulls and reset.  I did thoroughly clean everything I took apart and put back in (man, under the extractor was FILTHY!), but that's it other than the installs.
