Mags hanging up on release from P10c

Hello again all,

I'm wondering if anyone else's p10c exhibits this behavior. When I depress the mag release button, the mag will pop out a half inch or so and then hang up until the button is released. The mags generally drop free but sometimes will hang in that spot.

Do a search on YouTube. There's a video diagnosing the problem and detailing the fix, if necessary.

The top rear part of the catch (the silver colored piece, not the button itslef) is probably dragging against the front of the magazine and hanging up on the small circular hole above the rectangular cutout.  You can file/sand the offending corner of the catch down.

I've polished up my catch and beveled the tail as described on the video. Mine drops perfectly from the left side (normal, for right handed, which I am) - but when ejecting from the right side of the gun with my left thumb, I get a little bit of hang up. Kinda weird, but I don't care because I'm right handed. haha.

Possibly because your right handed? Perhaps if you were left handed it would be the opposite. Kinda suggests that maybe some breakin is at work?
