I think that's the same (or at least similar) guide that I used. I'm not a professional gun smith, but was able to fit the suppressed barrel with a ceramic file. It fits really nice and tight in the CZ75, and because of the tighter lock-up, it shoots much tighter groups than with the stock barrel.
Just a word of caution. You can take metal off with the file, but you can't put it back.
Make sure you work on small increments, especially when you get close to proper fit. File away too much and your barrel will get sloppy, and the only way to fix that is to buy another barrel and try again.
