I didn't like the aggressive grip either. Almost painful on mine and I don't have soft hands. First desert shoot and I pulled out my pocket knife and with swiping motion removed the tips front, rear, and sides. Helped greatly! Gave it a mildly aggressive feel. Did a stipple job on it a month later. F'n fantastic now!
Mag release is difficult, bordering on impossible, to actuate one handed, but I haven't polished it yet.

Mine was the same way. Polished it and it was much better. Shot a few hundred rounds more thru it and it works great now.

I thought the texture was a bit too rough on the front and back of the gun; sides are fine. I took some 1500grit sand paper to the back strap and front. Didn't take much and feels significantly better. Think I rounded the edges of the texturing, more or less, and that reduced the felt sharpness. While it never made me bleed and I probably could have dealt with it; I like it much much better now. That's all that matters.

I got lucky, my mag and slide release were ok out the box. I polished up the trigger and it now breaks clean at 4-4.1lbs on the digital trigger scale I used.

I've felt some p10s with gritty triggers that don't break as clean as mine with the stiff slide release and mag release. My gun is a night and day diff. from some of the ones I've felt(sanding aside).

I like the gun, but I don't trust it. I've watched a few firing pins break in other's P10s and I have had the backplate drop down under recoil hanging the slide up(my back plate fits TIGHT and is the heavily ramped current version). Makes me hesitate a bit...

Way too aggressive  for me, talon grips changed everything for me. I also learned to push up on mag while hitting mag release. Hopefully it will break in .
