I am also looking for a good AIWB holster with limited success. I just purchased, yet to receive a holster for a subcompact 1911 3" barrel. We'll see if it fits. My thoughts are that it will as the Rami and Colt subcompact are cousins. We'll see.
you need to check JM custom kydex holsters out .I carry P-01  with his  AIWB with wing claw holster. very comfy & stable platform.

This is my Ryan Grizzle holster with my Rami BD in it. This is a beautifully made holster with reinforced opening for easy reholstering. http://www.rgrizzleleather.com/

I am really old school and just can't warm to Kydex. For me a Ryan Grizzle leather holster with reinforced opening is the way to go. They may cost, but the quality and workmanship are worth the price

I hear ya, to each his own! I have a box of kydex for ALL the pistols I have.  :-))
I carry appendix and have forever/a long time and kydex works for me. I found that Rami
doesn't have a lot of aftermarket support, so when I find something I like,
I share.

Explore the John Jackson holster.

Jackson LeatherWork LLC. He is an honest, caring supplier to his customers.

Have been carrying a Sig P290RS for several years AIWB and completely pleased. Originally my wife was the primary EDC, once she got used to the Jackson holster, we have to "share" it now. If I had to buy another for my own 290, I would in a heartbeat.

I do not even need a belt - the clip retains the holster extremely well, the design tucks the butt into the gut that even a less than flappy shirt is no problem at all.

I have already ordered one for my RAMI 9MM. 6-8 weeks [but last one came a lot sooner than that] and pricing does not break the bank.

I am not associated with the company, nor have anything more than being a highly satisfies customer.

On several occasions have driven my car for more than 4 hours AIWB with no discomfort at all. Sitting is not an issue - I actually have the 60 year old married guy gut as well.

This one work for me and my son, we carry 8-10 hours a day 7 days a week.  The N82 Professional Smith & Wesson M&P Shield  Fits the Rami very well.
