Just bought my P10C yesterday (FDE) and it has the metal guide rod and the "shelf," but no 3 o'clock cutout on the rear of the slide. Serial No. starts with C45.

Interesting. I will say the "rolling striker" issue is a non issue, so I think you will be fine. My FDE, which was VERY first gen, has operated perfectly for well north of 2K rounds.

Mine didn?t clock until the 3k mark.  But, I was running the lighter HBI striker spring in it at the time and that may have contributed to the issue.  I?m only using factory striker springs now.
