Update:  rod was bent on a new unfired weapon straight from Kentucky gun...see last post.
Just got the scorp yesterday and put the HBI trigger in it.  Bolt does not want to go back and I dont want to force it.  Is there a trick??

Although I once owned a couple, I don't really have a SIGnature.

Thanks, that's the video I used to do the trigger.  I think I just need to force it in.

Sorry frog been a busy week for me. I haven't shot mine in a long while and haven't tore it down for a while either I have been working on ar15 pistols lately. I am sure someone will be on to help.  I also suggest calling HBI and talk to them they are usually very helpful.

XFrog...... to put the bolt in the charge handle needs to be locked back. Put your index finger on the bolt and when the spring end goes in push firmly with your index finger and push up. It almost feels like it goes in 2 stages. It goes in and when you compress the spring by using your finger you have to push up..   so lock the charge handle back and try again. Now when the bolt is in and locked cock the hammer when you pit the trigger group in.   So take apart and put together with charge handle locked back and hammer cocked...

I installed the spring kit and used that video as a guide and I can't recall there being a problem when I did.  Sorry it didn't provide you with an aha moment. Rest assured; the improved trigger is worth any aggravation your experiencing. I do know ktm45 is right on target about the bolt and hammer position. Good luck!

Found the problem!  I was watching a scorp video on yt and had the bolt in my hand.  I began pushing the bolt on the rod and wtf... it got stuck about 3/4 way back.  That's not right so I went to the bench and tapped out the rp, pulled out the rod and it had more bend than my d..  this is a new unfired weapon straight from Kentucky gun.  I messaged the rod with a rubber mallet back as close as I could get it and reassembled like butter.....  calling CZ in the am ordering a new rod and letting g them know someone dropped the ball.  Now going out today to make steel plates pay😡
