Inquiring about the S2 mag release. Safety is easy.
1. Great job on the magwell blending.
2. Have you tried to fit an S2 mag release on the TSO frame? It tried on a TS and it came out way too short. Is there something I missed?
3. Still congrats on a sweet firearm. If you can't live with it put it up for sale I'm sure there is plenty of interest and that way you can fund the one you really want. Heck PM me. Haha

The S2 safety fits the TS, TSO & CM. I think you may have forgotten to push the safety detent back when inserting it.

I'll measure both guns tonight.
From what I have read, the external dimensions work but the internal dimensions of the S2 release need to be opened up to allow the mag to fit properly.

Yup. I almost went that route.

I still have the mag release in my parts bin. I also thought about grinding down then drilling and tapping the existing TSO mag release so I can install the shadow 2 mag release pad but the TSO mag release is hardened steel. I don?t want to risk breaking the tap so I ended not doing it.

Glad I'm not the only one  ::)  I installed the S2 release only to discover that TS mags would not insert past the mag release, as it is too narrow, being designed for the slimmer grip of the S2.  I did try standard 75 mags and found that they fit and locked in fine.  I still have that mag release in my 'oh well' parts bin.

It doesn't look too hard to dremel away the curved portion of the S2 mag release to fit the TSO mags.

Is there another place that needs to be relieved?

Nice.
I had to spend 60 to 70 bucks and 1.5 hours of time to get a new safety and mag pad retrofitted to mine to have the same convenient ergonomics as yours.

Oh well. It's a CZ. It's what I expect.

You didn't 'miss' anything.  The S2 mag release will physically fit a TS/TSO frame, however good luck getting any TS/TSO mags to seat :) If you compare a TS mag to a standard CZ75, you'll see the TS is wider.  This means that the S2 mag release is narrower (inside of the "U") than a TS one, because of the mags.

In another thread I drilled and tapped the TSO mag release and put on the S2 pad. Works great.

I think you can grind away part of the S2 release and it will work. (haven't tried)
