Thoughts on the price for this TS package?

I'm considering selling my TS based Limited setup pictured here to a friend and wondering what a reasonable package price would be? 

Pistol has LT 3K rounds thru it; CZC and Cajun GW trigger parts. Thumb rest and grips.

7 mags with CZC or Spriger pads, Abrams followers

Ghost pouches on belt with CR Speed holster

Total up your cost for everything and subtract 30%.
