Nitro Fin
« on: October 30, 2018, 11:57:13 AM »
Just a quick note for anyone interested in the nitro fin (takes the place of slidestop and acts as a gas pedal/thumbrest. Note that it does not allow slidelock manually or automatic.)

It fit in my well used 75B with no fitting, but it was quite a bit tight when racking the slide. Looking at the part that goes into the slidelock cavity, the nub is squared off more than a traditional slidelock. I rounded the corners off to look more like the original. This seemed to fit the notch on the slide much better and relieved most of the tightness. Hopefully will be test firing it this weekend.
