Has anyone tried to take machining marks off of the hammer where it engages the sear? I can really notice them when manually cocking the hammer. It would seem like this adds alot of grit to the pulls in single and double. Any advice without ordering new? I live in Canada, so parts availability and cost is amplified greatly.
