Red dot for squirrel hunting

Having trouble seeing iron sights anymore especially in mornings and evenings. Wanting to hunt squirrels with 22 pistol and with a red dot.

Any suggestions which one?

Also, if you have one that would work well on a 22 rifle as well.

I've used the Browning Buckmark reflex red dot on my 22's for over 2 years. No issues. About $45

The vortex venom works well too. I have one on my 10/22 and Mark IV and they hold zero really well. What are you mounting it on?
