They are the same basic gun.

The SP-01 adds a rail, an upswept beavertail, full length guide rod, night sights, and comes with 18 round extended magazines and rubber grips.

The 75B has the old style beavertail, short guide rod, 3 dot sights, and comes with 16 flush fit magazines and plastic grips.

The SP-01 slide has full length rails so it adds a bit more weight out front in addition to the full dust cover/accessory rail. There are also some pseudo checkered areas on the front and back straps. Last thing I can think of is that the SP-01 has ambi-safeties and the 75 doesn't.

Thanks Earl, forgot about those.

Also, I believe the SP-01 comes with a flat mag brake for drop free  while the 75B has the regular euro mag brake.

and the sp01 used D style safeties .. 75b = tumbler style.
the extra wide LHS are D style .. it matters to those who love the big fat safeties
