I would bet the gov. shutdown will make it even longer. They were probably behind to start with, and the shutdown just pushed it further back.

I bought 3 guns during the shutdown without issue. The shutdown doesn't have anything to do with what is going on here. When you have situations in your past that are questionable that is what creates the holdup and the government could not care less about expediting things for you.

Yes, you're probably right. I too bought a few during the shutdown and had no problems, and I know you're right about them not caring!!! The fact of the mater is - I just hope he gets it straighten out as soon as possible. Good luck.
