I like to read old catalogs, so I picked up this CZ catalog from 2000.  Turned out to be in perfect shape, with info on lots of
good stuff no longer available:  85, Police, DAO pistols, 122 Sport, Colt 40, "Champion", 100,  110, 92, and something called the Standard IPSC
which looks like a Tactical Sport.   Also covers the rifles as well.

This will keep me busy for quite a while...      ;)

The Standard IPSC evolved into the TacSport a couple of years later.

Nice find! Hard to tell in the second photo...is it in English or Czech? Y2K only DAO....a lost appreciation for fine shooter?s trigger action.

The catalog is in English, though the seller thought it was a European release.
It's got stuff in there that wasn't imported to the US.

Great looking pistol you've got there: those grips are perfect!  Did they import DAO's to the US?

CZUB does issue an English language catalog in Europe. Since it doesn?t have CZ-USA on it, the seller is probably correct. Those are Hakan Pek grips from Norway. I?ve heard that he has recently stopped making grips. A real shame.

As for the DAO, I?ve read in the Pazdera book on CZs (it?s a Czech book) that only 50 each in 9 mm and .40 S&W were imported in 2000 into the US to target the LEO market that was still shifting from revolver to semi-auto.
