Precision stock for CZ 557
« on: February 21, 2019, 05:59:50 PM »
I have a CZ 557 Varmint. Im looking for a Precision stock for it. Similar to one like the one that comes with the Ruger Precision Rifle. Something that’s highly adjustable for LOP and cheek rise etc.

MDT makes some nice ones but for rimfire only.

Any suggestions?

At the low end of the price range you might want to look at the Boyds AT ONE stock. I purchased one for a CZ 527 Varmint in 204 Ruger that has Warne high rings because the scopes objective hits the barrel in medium rings. It's okay. The wood works pretty good. The stock adjustments are a little rough. Sort of trial and error. But once set stay in place. It would not be my first choice if I was going to be regularly changing settings though.
