Hiya DSV352 and seeing its your first post to our humble community, welcome from phoenix, arizona. Be nice to hear where you are coming from figuratively, and as far as your interest and experience in the many cz platforms available to enjoy.
As you noticed, our community chimed in to address a few aspects of your inquiry.
But I will assume you were a Safari Classics rifle and 550 enthusiast and since they have been getting built by a cz-usa custom shop in Warsaw,Missouri, called Triple River gunsmithing since 2004,they have a track record of great customer satisfaction with the many platforms they offer. i.e. American made cz's have a 14yr fanbase.
So shall look forward to your next contribution to your new community.

Let us not forget the botched CZ P10C rollout and those were Czech made guns.

Sorry for displaying my ignorance, but for those of us late to the show, could you explain what you're referring to?  I've heard of some rotating striker parts and the fix, but I don't know if that is what you meant.

My CZ P-10C is Czech made in August 2018, and has the notch in the rear plate; I don't know if there are any other things I need to look out for.
Your gun should be fine but the early models had rotating striker issues and the back plate would drop down on the slide in use hence the notch on the new models. Everyone hated the mag catch hence the new style being used. the initial rollout wasn't trouble free as everyone hoped it would be but then that's what happens with new models these days. Most issues are chronicled here on the forum so you can read up if want and see how they were early on.
If you really want too see a debacle though watch what happens with Walthers reissue of the PPK/S which is just hitting the shelves.

Thanks for the response, I'll get started on my history lesson.  I've got lots of enjoyable reading ahead, back to 2017!   :)

There are two issues I have with my USA made F as opposed to my Czech made C.

As was stated earlier, the barrel rifling is rougher from being cut differently. This is causing leading issues. I?m looking forward to a Primary Machine barrel for the F model. I prefer black with no spiral fluting. Also slightly more oversized. Thanks! [emoji6]
The trigger has more over travel. This is really noticeable during dry firing. No doubt throwing off live fire rounds. I wonder if an HB Industry?s trigger could be made to have over travel adjustability?
I know... this is a striker fired service pistol. But it could be a better range gun for a few $$.

It's like with new models of cars - I would wait and let other people be the guinea pigs  ;D

The US barrels feature a broach cut rifling vs CHF of the Czech made guns. All our US made barrels have quite rough rifling. But it doesn't seem to effect accuracy performance as it's on par with the Czech made guns. The US barrels are also SAAMI spec vs Czech made barrels are CIP spec. (Both US and Czech chambers are quite oversized and pretty sloppy overall.)

So if you pick up a P-10F or any non-OR made in Czech P10 then it will still have the CHF barrel, correct?

All of the Czech made P-10'S have CHF barrels, whether it's a C or an F.
