Does anyone own the Rami P (discontinued) and the Rami BD?  Can you share your analysis on each and which you recommend?  Thanks.

I presently own a Rami P with the stainless upper. Most were returned due to problems with the polymer bulging. Mine has gone about 1000 rounds with no signs of the problem. I do carry it but just cant get it to work reliably with the extended mag.. love the gun!

Thanks for sharing dannyvi!  Mind sharing why you did not return yours even though the polymer current does not budge on yours?  Have you handled the BD version?  And for the extended mag can you post a link to the version you use?  Thanks!

I really did not want to return this as I really like the stainless slide and they do not make any more. Using the regular 10 round slide is good. The extended slide that is really made for the larger CZ just does not seem to be reliable on the Rami.

Being there have been so many problems with the P frames I'd avoid them personally. If you've got one that's held up great, I'd take it easy with her? The truth is the grip is the hard part to hide for me. With a 10 round magazine I can cover things well enough, with a 14 round magazine it's not happening without a jacket.

Oh? Can you elaborate on the other problems with the P frames?  Do you personally have or had one?  Thanks.

Hey gunbuster, from what I've read the frames on the polymer Ramis were prone to deforming (bulging). I'm not exactly sure of the cause, the version is now discontinued. I'm sure if you root around on this forum you'll find some detailed info.
I have a RAMI BD and find it to be the ideal carry size, again with the 10 round magazine. I have a few other sub compacts but they pretty much stay in the safe now.

Thanks cousinmark for sharing.  I've read mixed reviews for the RAMI P so I want a BD but it is not on the roster in CA.  :(  But if anyone has one and is willing to do a PPT at an FFL, happy to buy it from you!  :)
